Springvale supplies EPS in numerous forms to Original Equipment Manufacturers creating a wide range of products and, through our extensive design and manufacturing expertise, we are able to maximise the advantages of expanded polystyrene for specific needs.

Its inherent buoyancy is exploited in the creation of floatation units for the UK’s leading pontoon manufacturer; as a loose bead, we supply some of the leading home furnishing companies for use in bean bags; custom-moulded, it forms the core of high-quality exterior doors; working closely with the UK’s leading caravan and portable building manufacturers has enabled us to provide innovative solutions that are saving them time and money and these are just a few of the diverse applications that have been developed over many years of commitment to the UK manufacturing industry.

Our years of experience as a first tier supplier includes an unrivalled knowledge in laminating or incorporating materials into and onto EPS to achieve specific performance criteria and this is supported by a reputation for quality and service which has taken many years to establish and which we guard jealously.

Combining the unique versatility of EPS with our own in-house experience and expertise enables us to create the most intricate shapes at the largest or smallest of scales. Our in-house CAD design capability enables rapid development and prototyping and we have a wealth of expertise in design for manufacture, creating cost-effective production for small to large volume runs, including an assembly service, where applicable.
