With decades of experience in the design and manufacture of expanded polystyrene (EPS), Springvale serves its customers across the UK from 2 manufacturing plants:

• Newcastle upon Tyne
• Derbyshire

Springvale is part of CRH plc, one of the top 2 building materials groups in the world, employing over 83,000 people, operating in 25 countries at 2700 manufacturing locations.

This is split 50/50 between Europe and the USA, and with an annual turnover that exceeds 20 billion Euros.

Headquartered in Dublin, CRH is listed on the London, Dublin and NASDAQ stock exchanges.

We are one of a number of CRH insulation manufacturing businesses across Europe, which comprise:-

It enables us to share the knowledge and experience of best practice, product development and innovation from 25 of the leading insulant providers in Europe on a continuous basis, ensuring continual development of the management of our business.

Constantly aware of developments in our market we strive to drive forward our industry through an in depth understanding of the Building Regulations, customer needs and environmental issues.

As a responsible manufacturer we act with integrity at all times, whether in relation to the joint development of a product with a customer, recycling material wherever possible or in dealing with the community at large.

We aim to to do the above with vibrancy, demonstrating energy in all that we do, from technical calculations to quality control, from sales presentations to board meetings. This gives us a unique and healthy standpoint in the marketplace.
